BIDVEST WITS SUPPORTERS CLUB MEMBERSHIP 2019/2020

Option 1: MEMBERSHIP FEE R100 (Branch Option)

INFORMATION 2019

This membership is valid for the 2019/2020 football season from the month of subscription and it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cash and card payments will be accepted at the club office. Otherwise, you may pay via EFT into the club’s bank account then send proof of payment to marcel@bidvestwits.co.za. Banking details are available on request.

As a club member, you will be the first in line for added benefits, including but not limited to:

• Personalised membership card with your photo.
• Join a branch, minimum 20 members and get a printed branch banner.
• No branch member will be allowed to fetch tickets on behalf of the chairperson or deputy chairperson.
• Access to limited complimentary tickets (on a first-come-first-served basis) to Cup Competition matches played at the Bidvest Stadium.
• Club subsidised travel to selected away matches (dependent on tickets availability).
• Discount promotions
• Automatic entry to member competitions.

Option 2: MEMBERSHIP FEE R600 (Individual Option)

Upon subscribing you will receive the current Bidvest Wits replica jersey in either white or navy, while stocks last. This membership is valid 2019/2020 football season from the month of subscription and it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

As a club member, you will be the first in line for added benefits, including but not limited to:

• Personalised membership card with your photo.
• Access to limited complimentary tickets (on a first-come-first-served basis) to Cup Competition matches played at the Bidvest Stadium.
• Club subsidised travel to selected away matches (dependent on tickets availability).
• Discount promotions
• Automatic entry to member competitions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your participation as a member in the Bidvest Wits FC Supporters Club is subject to the following terms and conditions, which are binding to all members.

These terms and conditions shall govern the programme and all relations between the Bidvest Wits FC Supporters Club and its members.

The Bidvest Wits FC Supporters Club reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice to members.

Members must ensure that they refer to the most current editions of the terms and conditions, as this will apply to all activities by members.

The terms and conditions prevail notwithstanding any publicity material published by the Bidvest Wits FC Supporters Club regarding the programme.

Membership of the Bidvest Wits FC Supporters Club may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Bidvest Wits FC Supporters Club.

1. Individuals may be offered or refused membership or accepted as members of the programme at the absolute discretion of the Bidvest Wits FC Supporters Club.

2. Membership is only available to individuals.

3. A member is only accepted as such once he/she has paid the appropriate membership fee.

4. The member acknowledges that his/her membership in the programme may be revoked by the Bidvest Wits FC Supporters Club at any time.

5. Each member warrants that the information contained on his/her membership application form is true and correct and contains the full legal name and address of the applicant and all other material information. The member agrees to notify the Bidvest Wits FC Supporters Club in writing of any change of name, address or other details.

6. Membership in the programme is personal to the member. Members may not assign, or sell or otherwise transfer membership to any other individual or member.
