Bidvest Wits travel to Thohoyandou this weekend to face Black Leopards in the Absa Premiership.

Gavin Hunt has his eyes firmly set on his team’s next Absa Premiership fixture, an away trip to Black Leopards, where he will look to steer his men back to winning ways.

Bidvest Wits currently occupy third place on the Absa Premiership log, just three points behind Orlando Pirates, but have two games in hand over the log leaders.

Hunt will be without defensive duo Robyn Johannes and Buhle Mkhwanazi, who will be serving their respective suspensions. Johannes received a two-match suspension in Wits’ league match against Bloem Celtic, while Mkhwanazi will serve a one-match ban after receiving his fourth yellow card of the season against Baroka FC last weekend.

However, the Clever Boys remain defensively sound with Thulani Hlatshwayo, Vuyo Mere, Denis Weidlich, S’fiso Hlanti and Lehlohonolo Nonyane all available for selection.

Wits will be looking to pick up their seventh win of the season on Saturday against Black Leopards – Kickoff is at 20:15.
